Formed in Berlin’s underground in late 2022, Berliner Lvft is a four-piece outfit delivering a blistering take on noise-rock and post-punk. Influenced by titans like Fugazi, Sonic Youth, and U.S. Maple, Berliner Lvft’s music rides the line between earworm melodies and raw, jittery energy. Their sound is steeped in dissonant, feedback-laden guitars and cutthroat punk rhythms.
Emerging from the depths of San Francisco`s fertile punk underground, and after releasing critically acclaimed albums on Rough Trade and Matador, members of the Bay Area’s Negative Trend and The Sleepers have formed a new band called Lazy Giants with a refreshing post-punk sound.
