Vācu postpanka leģendas Pink Turns Blue dodas turnejā, lai atbalstītu jauno albumu “Black Swan”. Kopš dibināšanas 1985. gadā vācu postpanka zvaigzne Pink Turns Blue ir pilnveidojusi savu skanējumu līdz kaut kam neapšaubāmi savējam — elegantam minimālismā, emocionālam izpildījumā un noturīgam savā aktualitātē. No agrīnā izrāviena ar If Two Worlds Kiss līdz jaunākajam izlaidumam Black Swan, Berlīnē bāzētais trio ir saglabājis būtisku spēku starptautiskajā postpanka kopienā, veidojot un pārveidojot žanru gadu desmitiem ilgi.
Black Swan, grupas divpadsmitais studijas albums, ir rosinoša reakcija uz nestabilitāti — to grupa sauc par pārdomām par “negaidītiem notikumiem, kas izjauc to, ko mēs uzskatījām par pašsaprotamu”. Uzticīgi savai tradīcijai, Pink Turns Blue rada satraukumu melanholiskās himnās, ko caurvij mirdzošas ģitāras līnijas, spēcīgs bass un sērīgs vokāls. German Post-Punk Legends Pink Turns Blue on Tour in Support of New Album “Black Swan” Since forming in 1985, German post-punk stalwarts Pink Turns Blue have refined their sound into something unmistakably their own—elegant in its minimalism, emotive in its delivery, and enduring in its relevance. From their early breakthrough with If Two Worlds Kiss to their newest release, Black Swan, the Berlin-based trio has remained a vital force in the international post-punk community, shaping and reshaping the genre across decades.
Black Swan, the band’s twelfth studio album, is an evocative response to instability—what the band calls a reflection on “unexpected events that derail what we took for granted.” True to form, Pink Turns Blue channel that disquiet into melancholic anthems laced with shimmering guitar lines, propulsive bass, and plaintive vocals. These are not songs of nostalgia but of reckoning—resilient and immediate, echoing the emotional urgency that defined their early work and continues to define them today.
To celebrate the album, Pink Turns Blue are embarking on a major tour until end of 2026.
